Jamieson Relax and Sleep™ Herbal Formula is for the relief of insomnia and the reduction of nervous tension
and anxiety. Formulated using a blend of four gentle herbs — valerian, hops, passion flower and catnip, to promote
restful sleep and reduce anxiety without the risk of becoming habit forming.

How to use:

Adults: Take 2-3 capsules before going to bed or As needed for the relief of insomnia.

Warning and cautions:

Consult a physician prior to use if you have depression and/or related diseases, or if you are breastfeeding.Do not use if you are pregnant. Consult a physician if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, drugs, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; if this occurs, discontinue use.

Equivalent to 200 mg raw herb
Catnip (5:1) extract 20 mg
(Nepeta cataria, plant)
Equivalent to 100 mg raw herb
Hops (4:1) extract 25 mg
(Humulus lupulus, strobiles)
Equivalent to 100 mg raw herb
Passion flower (4:1) extract 25 mg
(Passiflora incarnata, flower)
Equivalent to 100 mg raw herb
Also Contains
ellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, gelatin.
NO gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavors.
